Eine gute Idee zur Überwindung vieler Vorurteile: ein internationales Büffet

 Die Schüler/Innen der vierten Klasse des Neusprachlichen Gymnasiums "Sesto Properzio" in Assisi haben ein Internationales Buffet organisiert. Alle Mitglieder des multikulturellen Projektes haben eine Spezialität aus ihrer Heimat mitgebracht. Die Schüler/Innen und Lehrer konnten so Strudel aus Österreich, Fekkas aus Marokko, Cozonak und Sarmale aus Rumänien, Brigadeiro aus Brasilien, Ahornsyropkekse aus Kanada, Kuchen aus Albanien, so wie Tiramisù, Pastiera aus Napoli, torta al testo und torta al formaggio aus Umbrien probieren. Danach haben die italienischen Schüler/Innen begonnen, die ausländischen Mitschüler zu interviewen, um die neuen Kulturen besser kennen zulernen. Laura hat über ihre Erinnerrungen an Rumänien erzählt. Badr hat über seine Familie aus Morokko gesprochen. Frau Hofer, unsere Konversationslehrerin,  hat über österreichische Traditionen gesprochen. Sie hat auch die Unterschiede zwischen Italien und Österreich kommentiert. Alle haben multikulturelles Essen kennen gelernt. Die Schüler/Innen, die dieses Treffen zwischen vielen Kulturen organisiert haben, waren sehr begeistert. Denn dieses Treffen hat dazu beigetragen, die vielen Kulturen am Gymnasium "Properzio" zu schätzen und zu vereinigen

Una buona idea per abbattere i molti pregiudizi: organizzare un buffet internazionale

Gli studenti della classi quarte del liceo linguistico “Sesto Properzio” ad Assisi hanno organizzato un buffet internazionale.

Tutti i partecipati di questo progetto multiculturale hanno portato delle specialità tipiche della nazione di provenienza.

Tutti i professori e gli studenti partecipanti hanno preparato lo Strudel dall`Austria, Fekkas dal Marocco, Cozonak e Sarmale dalla Romania, Brigadeiro dal Brasile, biscotti allo sciroppo d`acero dal Canada, Byrek dall`Albania, Pastiera e Tiramisù da Napoli, infine Torta al testo e Torta al formaggio dall`Umbria.

Dopo gli studenti italiani hanno iniziato a intervistare gli studenti tedeschi per conoscere al meglio le nuove culture. Laura ha raccontato dei suoi ricordi in Romania. Badr ha detto che  la sua famiglia proviene dal Marocco. La professoressa di conversazione Hofer ha raccontato delle tradizioni austriache. Lei ha anche commentato le differenze tra Italia e Austria. Tutti abbiamo conosciuto e assaggiato specialità multiculturali. Gli studenti  che hanno organizzato questo incontro tra diverse culture, sono rimasti molto sorpresi. Poichè questo incontro sorprendente ha unificato e coinvolto molte culture.

A good idea to demolish the many prejudices: to organize an international buffet

The students of the fourth classes of the linguistic high school "Sesto Properzio" to Assisi they have organized an international buffet.
All the participated of this project multicultural have brought some specialties typical of the nation of origin.
All the teachers and the students have prepared the Strudel from Austria, Fekkas from Morocco, Cozonak and Sarmale from Romania, Brigadeiro from Brazil, biscuits to the syrup of maple from Canada, Byrek from Albania, Pastiera and Tiramisù from Naples, finally Cake to the text and Cake to the cheese from Umbria.
After the Italian students have begun to interview the German students to know to the best of the  new cultures. Laura has told of her memories in Romania. Badr has said that his family come  from Morocco. The teacher Hofer has told about Austrian tradition. She has defined the differences between Italy and Austria. Everybody has eaten specialities from different countries. The students that have organised the buffet, got surprised, because this fantastic meeting has united and involved lot of countries.
