HAVE WE BECOME SLAVES OF TECHNOLOGY?
Technology is a boon to mankind. It is gifted to the people at large to be useful in practical life. Technology can be defined as a body of knowledge used to create tools, develop skills and extract or collect materials; the application of science being the combination of scientific methods and material to analyse the fact and solve a problem. Technology is the combined word formed in the meaning of technical knowledge with the combination of various sciences being the relative and practical potentiality concerning all other sciences.
In this modern world, the technology has become the best means of getting a lot of things completed easily despite facing the difficulties, obstacles and whatsoever in so many kinds of adverse circumstances also. Day by day, the techniques have been developed and they are being continuously developed with the upgraded knowledge of science. Technology is not generated itself but a few persons with creative minds, who are innovative by nature, create technology which is most useful to mankind and it does not lead to slavery, but encourages better fortune of mankind. Technology has reached utmost level to improve the standard of livelihood of people at large. Technology has also changed other aspects of daily life such as health care, education, job satisfaction and activities at leisure time. Innovations in technology allow for more efficient use of limited or scarce resources. More products can be made from the same amount of raw material using new techniques. Thus the technology influences every aspect of people’s lives.
